I feel that their is overwhelming evidence against ash and therefore she must pay, preferably in beer, the sum of twenty jugs to each of the following members of S.T.U.B.B.S.: the prosecution team (me), the leagal advice team (me again), The background resurch team (still me), and to the victims (me, jungle and phil).
Jungle will be fined twenty jugs due to his reluctance to face trial in the Jungle vs world case.
Phil is in hiding somewhere in Fiji and theror the S.T.U.B.B.S. will acept the payment for him.
Total jugs 140 jugs to S.T.U.B.B.S. (me)
I think you will find this fair

i find this payment highly unfair due to the low severity of the acused crimes. therefore i demand a retrial with a fair unbiased jusge and jury, anyway i dont think towers has that much beer....

The S.T.U.B.B.S. Is looking for an unbiased judge to award the aforementioned payment to the S.T.U.B.B.S. (me) the payment is 0.71% of the total fine awarded (a pint)

Judgement passed. I hereby declare that in the case of S.T.U.B.B.S. vs. Ash, the defendant shall rightfully receive the proposed 140 jugs of beer and an extra 10 as compensation for the delay in procedings. With regards to a lack of beer in towers bar the beer may be payed back at a minimum rate of 5 jugs per week until the debt has been paid. P.S. My legal fee is 10% - that's 15 jugs of beer you owe me now Stubbs. Non negotiable.

Chris you get 2 pints from th fine at .71% because that way you stay imparshal. Teknicly Ash owes the beer anyway, I think this was a fair trial. 155 jugs at the last count due to delays. Anyone whant to speak out and get punished... I mean lisend to?

this is another fine example of the judigeary being too leniant when sentancing, there should be a set of archery shots after each jug at least

Anyone whant to speak out and get punished... I mean lisend to? In the case of S.T.U.B.B.S. vs. The English Language, I find the accused guilty of horrendous spelling errors and crimes against the Language. Accusations: 1. The word organisation requires, nay, demands it's 's' back.
2. Impartial was rather fond of it's original spelling and wishes to sue for emotional distress.
3. Technically is appalled at it's new spelling but it has begun to grow on him and he will not be pressing charges.
4. Finally, Listened would like to complain at the loss of letters however no-one was paying any attention to him and the charges have been dropped.Proposed fine of 155 jugs of beer payable to Ash. My commission being .71% in this case means I am now owed another 2 pints of beer bringing the total owed to 4 pints. The prosecution rests.

The S.T.U.B.B.S. has fired it's press sec. and would like to apologies to the English language and settle out of court.
The S.T.U.B.B.S. would also like to begin proceedings against Chris in the Chris vs World case, Due to Chris's run as secretary.
off the record YOUR ASS IS MINE! Never turn your back on the S.T.U.B.B.S.!

Never turn your back on the S.T.U.B.B.S.! You missed the secret plan - this way Ash has to buy us 4 pints and the problems of towers not having enough beer doesn't happen! On a side note the English Language accepts all apologies and will settle out of court for a pint and a slice of pizza. This settlement is, however, only valid if the case of Chris vs. World is dropped by the prosecution as Chris has been deemed a 'Good Secretary' by the powers that be. The defense rests.

This is why the S.T.U.B.B.S. Is being careful in the handling of these cases. On the plus side. Ross was cleared in the Ross vs World case. Mitch has been granted immunity in the Ash Vs World, Ash has yet to pay her fine for the Ash vs S.T.U.B.B.S. case.
Chris is also slowly moving into the reach of the prosecution and the case is building

With Stubbs's impending retirement from his role at the S.T.U.B.B.s draws near, he wold like to confirm the ongoing cases Ash vs World and Chris vs World.
The S.T.U.B.B.s organiation is also still trying to bring a Jungle vs World to court too, but this is proving difficult.
If these commitments could be finished in the next administration then justice will truly exist!
Stubbs would also like to thank all the people at the S.T.U.B.B.s for working so hard to bring Ash to justice and hopes that they will work as hard for the next leader.
It's been a great run and you will all be sadly missed.
Also please look out for my new book, "Inside the S.T.U.B.B.s by Stubbs"
